Project Plant Room Strip Out Small Works
Nova Maintenance were commissioned to undertake the removal of disused boilers and associated plant and equipment within a redundant external boiler house at Ashworth Hospital.
The works involved stripping out the old boilers, pumps, flues, booster sets, redundant pipework and the concrete pump bases. Also, making good to walls, floor and ceiling. We then painted the room and replaced the lighting with LED batten fittings. The room is now a clear and usable space for the client.
Nova Maintenance have completed the works to a very high standard and with little disruption to the other services on the site. Their staff were extremely helpful and courteous whilst on site and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to manage projects on our site again in the future.
